Introduction
UUM Venture : A Project Management Game is a 3-6 player game that tests players’ strategy to develop and complete a simple and complicated chain of project management. Each player plays a role as a manager in different companies which will try to compete for projects that are offered throughout the course of the game play. The most successful manager will be the one who can manage its own resources in order to complete as much project as possible and gain revenues. At the end of the game, each achievement of the players will be evaluated based on victory points. The player who gains the most victory points is the winner.

Application
A Project Management Game is a tool to provide hands-on skill and knowledge discovery for people of all ages on all subjects. Board game is an excellent tool for creating an engaging atmosphere, also provide a non-threatening, playful, yet competitive environment in which to focus on content and reinforce and applying edutainment in learning. The board itself provides a visual metaphor to help connect the information. Game elements, discussion and problem solving with fellow team members about the content are vehicles for learning and foster teamwork.

The game was developed between August and December 2013.
It was inspired by the game “Lords of Waterdeep”, from Wizard of the Coast. The
authors thank Hisaruddin Ahmat (as one of the game expert and the many keen
helpers who supported us. The authors thanks the many playtesters, without whom
the game would not have appeared in this form.
